Bronwyn continues to cook up culinary prototypes of the Eastern European persuasion and this spring has a full roster of experimental cuisine. On Tuesday nights from 5:00-10:00pm, the featured treat will be available for $10 alongside a beverage special and Bronwyn’s a la carte dinner menu. Chef Tim Wiechmann will serve up whatever strikes his fancy – hühnerkebabs (turkey skewers), dolmas (stuffed cabbage leaves), Polish charcuterie and Pjleskavica (also known as a hamburger.) Each item comes with traditional Eastern European touches like dill, sauerkraut, mustard and plenty of pickles and they all pair well with a tankard of bier.
