As head sommelier, Lipman manages the restaurant’s award-winning wine program (which consistently earns Wine Spectator magazine’s Best of Award of Excellence) and has plenty of wisdom for the home wine connoisseur. The seminar, How to Build an Affordable Wine Collection at Home, will cover tips on managing a budget, internet research and wine education—accompanied by a wine tasting, of course.
