Tuesdays Get Cheesy at L’Espalier

L’Espalier has cooked up few more ways to indulge the fromage fanatics out there with a new Cheese Tuesday schedule. Sign on for any of the upcoming installments and let fromager and maitre d’ Louis Risoli guide you through his selection of cheeses. Chef Frank McClelland does his part by preparing a scrumptious three-course meal built around the aforementioned cheeses. To top it all off, sommelier Lauren Collins will pour appropriately paired wines. Guests are served at large communal tables and encouraged to mingle and learn from each other.
