Bondir’s Big Burgundy Dinner

Bondir debuts its newly focused wine program with a five-course Domaine de Chevalier dinner on Tuesday, April 14th. Chef Brendan Joy has joined forces with general manager Mark Grande (currently in advanced sommelier training) to build a wine list that complements the restaurant’s “intensely seasonal root cellar” culinary style. They’ve invited Julie Chevalier of the family-owned vineyard to pair Domaine de Chevalier’s Burgundy wines with Joy’s spring menu of French-inspired dishes. The evening runs from 7:00-9:30pm and costs $160 per person, for food and wine. Reservations can be made by calling 617.661.0009.
