Toques & Tonic 2015

The crème de la crème of Boston, NYC, Chicago and San Francisco dining gather together to support the Barbara Lynch Foundation at this year’s Toques & Tonic. High-rollers can head to Menton on Thursday, April 9th, where chef Barbara Lynch will orchestrate a six-chef Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef Gala Dinner with chefs Daniel Boulud, Gary Danko, Mark Ladner, Michael White and Scott Jones (as well as Lynch herself.) James Beard Award-winning sommelier Cat Silirie will pair the decadent gourmet courses with appropriately all-star wines. The evening begins with a half-hour reception at 6:30pm and the price for the one-of-a-kind gastronomic event is $1,050 per person.

Those with a smaller budget can still take part in a culinary extravaganza at the Boston Children’s Museum on Friday, April 10th, with top chefs and bartenders from across the nation, including Boston’s own Daniel Boulud, Patrick Campbell, Tim Cushman, John DaSilva, Matt Jennings, Mike Pagliarini, Cassie Piuma, Michael Scelfo, Mike Serpa, Lydia Shire and Ana Sortun. The fun runs from 7:00-10:00pm, followed by an exclusive after-party from 10:00pm-12:00am at Harpoon Brewery, where NEBO chefs Carla and Christine Pallota and Café ArtScience bartender Todd Maul will make an appearance with specialty bites and sips. General admission tickets are $195 each while tickets for the main event and after-party cost $350 each. Proceeds benefit the Barbara Lynch Foundation, founded by the Boston chef to support the city’s at-risk communities and urban youth.
