A Passover Tribute to Baba Hanna

As has become the well-loved annual tradition at Craigie on Main, chef-owner Tony Maws (not one to let his fans down) will be rolling out a special menu inspired by his Baba Hanna in honor of Passover. From Thursday, April 3rd through Saturday, April 11th, Maws will be augmenting his a la carte and prix fixe offerings with inventive takes on the classics (think: matzoh meal lasagnette, spring green soup with Persian-spiced lamb meatballs and, of course, Baba Hanna’s braised beef).
