Winemaker Abe Schoener of The Scholium Project (a professor in a past life) will come to Cambridge for an exclusive seminar on the aromatic structures in wines. The discussion begins at 6:15pm and is limited to 24 guests, at $60 per person. Following the class, gustatory learners can stay for a five-course dinner with Schoener, including the 10 wines studied that night.
