Boston Whiskey Rebellion

Boston has always been a fan of rebellion (Tea Party, anyone?) but it brings that spirit to the liquor world this month with Eat Boston’s Whiskey Rebellion. Because it sold out so quickly last year, the event will now span two days, Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd, and Moksa in Cambridge will host the showcase of American-only whiskeys. From 2:30-5:00pm on either day, you can talk with whiskey producers, check out cocktail demonstrations and, most importantly, taste what the country’s been busy distilling. Expect to see locals like Bully Boy Distillers and Berkshire Mountain Distillers as well as others from across the nation, like Bulleit, WhistlePig, George Dickel and Lock, Stock & Barrel. Tickets are $42 each and include 12 whiskey samples, as well as snacks. They’re going fast so get yours here to take part in the rebellion.
