Turns out there’s a little bit more to Tiki than putting the lime in the coconut, but No. 9 Park has all the info at their afternoon cocktail class on Sunday, March 15th. Bar manager Ryan Lotz will delve into the history of Tiki drinks (starting with Donn the Beachcomber and Trader Vic), leading up to their current cult status. Spirits students can expect to learn about the different types of rum and how to make their own syrups and garnishes. The class runs from 2:00-4:00pm and costs $65 per person, including gratuity.
