An Irish Feast at Summer Shack

Nothing says St. Pat’s like a hearty boiled dinner and lads and lassies of Boston have a reason to rejoice thanks to Summer Shack’s holiday offerings. From Monday, March 9th through Tuesday, March 17th (St. Patrick’s Day), Summer Shack will serve up chef Jasper White’s famed Irish recipe at the Boston, Cambridge and Dedham locations. 600 pounds (you read that correctly) of gray corned beef, cured for 10 days, will be plated with seven kinds of vegetables and served with mustard pickles, horseradish and mustard across the three locations.
