It’s show time at The Cooking Show, Rustic Kitchen’s unique dining experience, where meals are prepared as part of a recorded-for-television cooking demonstration. During January and February the show’s lively host, chef Liz Bramwell, will be preparing Executive Chef Michael Kelly’s roasted Cornish game hen with lemon and garden herb butter, accompanied by baby carrots, fingerling potatoes and a cheddar fondue. There will also be an heirloom beet salad with mache, apples, walnuts and crispy goat cheese, paired with Darcie Kent Grüner Veltliner: a crisp, light-to-medium bodied dry white wine. Filming and dinner are scheduled every Friday night starting at 7:00pm at Rustic Kitchen’s Park Square location. Tickets range in price from $80 to $90, depending on where you’d like to sit, and can be purchased here, before they sell out, that is. Scoop yours up to be part of the (lights, camera) action.
