Churn with Clink

The next installment of Clink’s Craft Culinary Series explores butter-making on Monday, February 2nd. As part of the monthly series, executive chef Bradford Rainville showcases a culinary craft element through demonstration and this month will feature the art of making fresh butter. A New England-native, Rainville has a long culinary background on both the East and West Coasts, including classical training at the New England Culinary Institute. The demonstration will take place from 4:00-5:00pm at the restaurant and reservations can be made by emailing Clink.
