Maine’s craft brewery fits right in at The Biltmore where the drink menu focuses on regional and traditional Belgian beers. The restaurant chefs have crafted a five-course menu for pairings with five of Allagash’s ales, including year-round options and specialty brews, like the two-yeast-strain, Interlude, that’s aged in red wine barrels.
