Clink Goes Beyond Malbec

Learn about Argentina’s wide array of wines – not the ubiquitous malbec for which its known – with some guidance (and dinner) from Clink’s Bradford Rainville. On Wednesday, January 21st, he’ll be pairing a four-course menu with some surprising grape varietals – pinot noirs and cabernets – that hail from the South American country. Chef Rainville and an Argentinean winemaker will be available between courses to explain why certain dishes were paired with amazing wines like Recuerdo, Torrontes, Uco Valley, 2011, Bodega Chacra, Barda, Pinot Noir, Patagonia, 2012 and Achaval Ferrer, Cabernet, Mendoza, 2012. Tickets are $85 per person and $158 per couple. Check out the wine selections below and book your spot online.
