Fondue for the New Year

Here’s something to look forward to in 2015: fondue. The Beacon Hill Bistro is bringing back its Fondue Sundays so you can wrap up the weekend with a perfectly dip-worthy bowl of piping hot fondue. Every week throughout the winter, chef Lucas Sousa will be serving the melty mix of Domaine Giachino Abymes from the Savoie, Bergkäse Alpenblumer, Emmentaler and Gruyére Vieux accompanied by bite-sized bits of rustic bread, small potatoes and an array of pickled veggies (cauliflower, cipollinis and cornichons). Whether you opt to enjoy one as an entrée or share it as a starter, it’ll set you back $26 per pot. Book a Sunday night table starting January 4th by calling 617.723.7575.
