Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner

Leave it to Clio to assemble an all-star roster of culinary and vintner-y talents for a Unique Champagne Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, September 30th. Chef Ken Oringer, Pastry Chef Monica Glass and Uni’s Chef Tony Messina are teaming up with Champagne Billecart-Salmon’s North American Director, Geoffrey Loisel for a five-course dinner that boasts the uncommon distinction of having bubbly pairings for each course. No word yet on what’s on the menu, but with the names involved it’s a safe bet you’ll go home happy.
