B&G and NEAq Team Up

B&G Oysters is the next up in the New England Aquarium’s Celebrate Seafood Dinner Series, an ongoing program to promote ocean friendly seafood choices. The four-course tasting menu will be served on Tuesday, September 23rd at Barbara Lynch’s South End restaurant. On the menu are a variety of sustainable seafood items like Arctic char with summer bean assiette and celery brodo, as well as mahi mahi with chanterelle mushrooms, faro and local corn. Available between 5:00 and 11:00pm, the menu costs $55 excluding tax and gratuity with an optional sustainably farmed wine pairing for $30.
