Journeyman isn’t quite ready for summer to end. On Thursday, September 18th, the Somerville restaurant hosts a clambake alongside the brewers from Night Shift Brewing. The five-course meal comes courtesy of chef-owners Tse Wei Lim and Diana Kudajarova and is inspired by long days on the beach and cookouts at dusk. Each course will be paired with a beer from Night Shift, whose brewers will be on hand to chat about all things beer.
