Johnson will be serving this bountiful, meat-free prix fixe September 4th-6th and 12th-13th at the chef’s counter overlooking the kitchen, meaning you’ll get to watch seasonal goodies from local farms like Blue Heron, Sweet Autumn, Applefield, First Root and Verrill get transformed into dishes like mushroom tortellini with corn and parmesan broth.
