Champagne & Oyster Social

Lovers of bubbles and fans of oysters, you’ll want to find your way to Downtown Crossing on Thursday, September 11th for The Merchant’s Champagne & Oyster Social. Chef Matthew Foley will be pairing an array of oyster preparations – freshly shucked, cold smoked, and fried, for starters – with delightful bubbly and sparkling conversation. He’s even enlisted the help of Mathieu Luneau, Export Manager of Champagne Besserat de Bellefon and Lee Schlesinger, New England Sales Director for Winesellers, Ltd, both of whom will be on hand to answer any questions.
