Legal Harborside embraces the old country with an Italian wine dinner on Tuesday, August 19th. This four course meal combines the culinary efforts of Chef Rich Vellante and the superb vino provided by guest of honor, Massimo Galvano of Kobrand Wines. Galvano will be pouring wine and answering guests questions about the winemakers as guests enjoy delicious dishes like black bass crudo with Tuscan olive oil, and veal cheek ravioli with prosciutto-wrapped monkfish and crispy sage. With so much great stuff to eat and drink, this will no doubt be a fun and filling night. Dinner costs $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
