Beer Me A Burger

Here’s the beginning of the week plan: burgers, beers, Butcher Shop. Barbara Lynch’s South End boucherie reboots their Burgers & Beer series this month, offering up a selection of burgers, sandwiches and an expanded list of delicious craft brews every Monday and Tuesday night through the summer. Chef de Cuisine Michele Carter nails it with souped-up options like the Dry Aged Burger with avocado, parmesan and a fried egg, and the Wagyu Burger with blue cheese and bacon jam, as well as the more traditional bacon and cheddar TBS Burger. Sandwiches are served with a choice of mixed greens or pommes gaufrette and paired with a rotating selection of ales, lagers, IPAs and stouts.
