The Biltmore Hosts Downeast

Here’s a fun night out for hard cider fans and the gluten averse: The Biltmore in Newton is hosting a brewer’s dinner with Charlestown’s own cidery, Downeast Cider House. Chef David Nevins has designed a four-course meal that not only pairs perfectly with Downeast’s various ciders but is also 100% gluten free. Look for dishes like coriander-dusted sea scallops with roasted local apples, shallots and green beans, and a Korean BBQ with crispy red quinoa and garden vegetable kimchee. Tickets for this event, which is scheduled for 7:00pm on Monday, July 21st, cost $55 and can be reserved by emailing rsvp@thebiltmoregrill.com.
