Cooking Down on the Farm

Chef Eric Brennan of Post 390 will take his talents to Smolak Farms in North Andover on Wednesday, July 16th. Guests will sit under the shade of the Smolak Farms Pine Grove and enjoy a unique farm-to-table experience featuring fresh fruits, vegetables and berries grown on the premises. A reception and crudo tasting kick things off at 6:00pm followed by a dinner featuring applewood smoke Steelhead trout and grilled Pekin duck. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Boys and Girls Club Blue Hills Garden Club in Dorchester – of which Brennan is an active supporter. Tickets are $69 each and avalable here.
