Support the Next Generation of Farmers

Chef Jason Bond takes the whole farm-to-table pretty seriously – as evidenced by his menus at both Bondir and Bondir Concord and his upcoming fundraiser for the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project. On Tuesday, April 8th, Bond and his Bondir Concord cohorts will be serving a five-course menu of farm-fresh, sustainably-sourced dishes, demonstrating the importance of having a thriving local farm community. Tickets are $500 each though you can have them pair each course with some exquisite wines selected by Bond and the host committee for an additional $500. Proceeds will support the Project’s efforts to improve local and regional food systems by training the next generation of farmers to produce food that is sustainable, nutritious and culturally-appropriate. Reservations for the dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, are required and can only be made online. For additional information contact Sean Devendorf at 617.636.2949.
