On Wednesday, April 2nd, consulting chef Bill Bradley and his expert team will be serving a menu built to accompany wines selected by importer Alison Casillo, who’ll be leading the way through a tasting tour of the region most famous for Barbera. With Piemontese classics like Agnolotti dal Plin (a veal-stuffed pasta) or Torta di Noci (walnut cake with Nutella zabaglione), lovers of Italian cuisine will get everything they desire.
