Spontaneous Wine Dinner

Chef Daniel Bruce has hosted a few wine dinners in his day (he’s hosted the months-long Boston Wine Festival at the Boston Harbor Hotel for the last twenty-five years, after all). On Thursday, April 17th, he and Wine Director Nicholas Daddona join forces to turn the tradition on its head with a spontaneous dinner paired on-the-spot with magnums of classic Californian Cabernet blends from the 1990s. Dinner, which begins at 7:00pm and costs $175 per person, will be served in four courses matched with five wines. You can see the wines that’ll be the inspiration for the evening’s meal below, but you have to wait and see what Bruce whips up to pair with them.
