Mark your calenders for the 5th annual American Lamb Jam – Boston, scheduled for Sunday, April 13th. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, with twenty of New England’s best chefs duking it out to see who’s lamb dish takes the cake (so to speak). This year chefs from Boston, MA, Portland, ME, Providence, RI and newcomer Portsmouth, NH will create unique lamb dishes and compete in a variety of categories. You can enjoy all of the dishes plus beer from some of New England’s best breweries, wine and other tasty treats.
