Area restaurants are going above and beyond on behalf of the Friends of Boston’s Homeless at this year’s Beyond Shelter Gala on Thursday, April 10th. The 27th annual event, which runs from 7:00-10:00pm at the House of Blues on Lansdowne Street, will feature gourmet tastings from the likes of Ashmont Grill, Blue Stove, Eastern Standard, The Fireplace, Hamersley’s, Tavolo, Tresca and Union, among lots of others. There’ll also be a raffle and live auction, music by Los 4 and the Berklee Bob Marley Ensemble, and beer and wine courtesy of Woodstock Inn Brewery and J. Lohr. Tickets are $125 each and all proceeds support the Friends of Boston’s Homeless efforts to end homelessness.
