Bronwyn’s Getting Christmassy

Get a taste of traditional German and Central-European holiday traditions with chef Tim Wiechmann’s special three-course Christmas menu. Try dishes like the pfannkuchen, a spiced German pancake with smoked salmon, or stollen, a traditional yeasted cake with rum and dried fruit for $39 per person with an optional cider, beer and wine pairing. There’s also Christmas goose, a rolled ballantine of wild goose with foie gras and challah stuffing. The menu starts next Tuesday, December 16th and goes until Sunday, December 21st.
