The Liberty Hotel’s Craft Culinary Series, held on the first Monday of every month at Clink, continues Monday, November 3rd with a culinary demonstration by Chef Bradford Rainville on the finer points of brewing hard cider. Just as he does every month, the talented chef will break down this process into easy-to-follow steps that adventurous cooks can try at home with (hopefully) delicious results. The event runs from 4:00-5:00pm and is free and open to the public though they do request that you RSVP ahead of time (which you can do right here by email).
