Known for introducing German and Austrian wines to the masses in the U. S., Terry Theise will be at it again (on a much smaller scale) at Journeyman on Thursday, November 20th. Theise will be pairing seven Rieslings with five courses from Tse Wei Lim and Diana Kudajarova. The fly-by-the-seat-of-their-pants chefs at Journeyman have yet to finalize the menu, but it’s sure to be an unforgettable evening. Tickets are $95 and cover food and drink but not taxes or gratuity.
