Fall in New England is an explosion of colorful foliage and a cornucopia of delicious flavors. Come celebrate all of Mother Nature’s hard work at Puritan & Company’s 2nd Annual Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, November 19th. Chef-owner Will Gilson applies his culinary skills to locally-sourced ingredients for an evening of hearty fall dishes. The autumnal prix fixe menu will showcase seasonal heavy-hitters like braised meats, apples, turnips, squash and (Gilson’s favorite) parsnips.
