Provence & Alsace via Bistro du Midi

Chef Robert Sisca and sommelier Todd Lipman, known for their fondness of all things French are hosting a dinner showcasing Hugel et fils wines on Wednesday, November 19th. The Hugel family has been making wine since the fifteenth century and at this dinner you’ll get to try some of the best of their estate including a Grand Cru Pinot Noir and a gewürztraminer from 1988. Tickets are $135 not including tax and gratuity and include five courses of Chef Sisca’s Provence-inspired fare with pairings.
