Get to Know La Garagista Wines

On Wednesday, November 19th, chef de cuisine Cara Chigazola-Tobina and wine director Lauren Friel will be pairing Oleana’s Mediterranean cuisine with La Garagista wines from the wine growing region of Vermont. The guest of honor is Deirdre Heekin, farmer, restaurateur and proprietress of the vineyard, whose new book, An Unlikely Vineyard, discusses the future of wine making in America and how little-known regions can produce interesting, quality vintages.
