Worldly Wines with Tim Weichmann

T.W. Food’s ongoing Tuesday night wine dinner series continues to deliver unique menus along with its globetrotting wine selections. Each week takes an in-depth look at a specific category of wine or particular wine region. Chef Tim Wiechmann adroitly pairs food with the chosen vinos, providing the proper edible context to enjoy the selections. Exciting dinner themes in the not-too-distant future include wine and seafood, the red wines of Germany  and Lebanese wines on (who knew?). Dinner costs $55 including the price of wine.
