On Monday, October 6th, chefs Dave Punch and Lydia Reichert will be letting their friends from Hustle Cat run the show in the kitchen at Sycamore. The pop-up concept from Alison Hearn (of Steel & Rye, Myers + Chang, B&G, Upstairs on the Square and such) and Haley Fortier (of Sportello) will be bringing its brand of Southeast Asian street food direct to diners by way of an a la carte menu available throughout the evening.
