Taste of the Nation Food Fights

Lincoln Tavern hosts a series of philanthropic Food Fights at their South Boston digs, pitting cookers at some of the city’s top restaurants against each other in support of Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation. Help end childhood hunger at any of the upcoming cook-offs, which include match-ups like West Bridge vs. Hungry Mother (Tuesday, September 24th), Tremont 647 vs. Belly (Tuesday, November 12th), and, if you’re planning really far ahead, Lincoln Tavern vs. Myers + Chang (Tuesday, January 14th) and Coppa vs. a contender to be named later (Tuesday, March 11th). Chefs will be tasked with creating an inspired dish within certain themed parameters (like Asian Street Food or New England Fare) and guests will get to pick their favorite. Food Fights run from 7:00-9:00pm and include tastings from each chef and two cocktails. Tickets for the first one are available online for $20 each though you can buy a pass for all four for $75. Grab a pair and do good while your favorite chefs duke it out.
