Hearty Winter Eats with Rustic Kitchen

To start off 2013, the Rustic Kitchen’s Cooking Show team turns their attention to a stick-to-your-ribs menu of Winter Comfort Classics. Sign up for any of the Friday night shows during January or February to have hosts walk you through cold weather favorites from chef Michael Kelly including slow-roasted, herb-encrusted roast prime rib of beef au jus with roasted root vegetables and hot popovers. Enjoy dinner, paired with David Bruce Petite Syrah, as you take in the action in the state-of-the-art cooking studio at Rustic Kitchen’s Park Square location.
