Chef-owner Ken Oringer keeps Sake Bomb Nights going at Uni, the award-winning sashimi bar tucked inside Clio at the Eliot Hotel. Drop by for a four-course menu accompanied by an Uni sake bomb - a warm glass of sake dropped into a glass of Sapporo beer. The uninitiated can click here for instructions so, whichever night of the week you choose - Sunday, Monday or Tuesday - you’ll look like you’ve been tossing back sake bombs for years. What’s this Camera-Shy Cooker Doing on Top Chef? - There’s no shortage of chefs on TV. But chef Dante de Magistris would just as soon be behind the line at any of the three restaurants (dante, il Casale Belmont and il Casale Lexington) he owns with his two brothers, Damian and Filippo.
