R Burger Sundays in Rialto’s Bar

Jody Adams keeps it casual on Sunday nights at Rialto. The award-winning chef has unveiled a low key end-of-the-weekend treat for her bar diners. Each week her kitchen team, led by chefs Brian Rae and Peter McKenzie, will be offering up a toothsome take on the Rialto burger (the original - which comes with provolone, house-smoked bacon and a pile of hand-cut fries) for $10. The R Burger, as this mystery burger is known, will be enhanced by a rotating array of toppings - depending on the chefs' whim.
