They’ll be having fun at Via Matta with their new Boardwalk on the Sidewalk menu. Every Friday and Saturday evening from now through September 1st, the Park Plaza restaurant will make like they’re on the beach with a menu of Italian inspired boardwalk fare. Chef Leo Asaro puts his spin on classics like lobster rolls (which he makes with oyster sauce, uni butter and avocado) and fried clams (which he puts on a pizza with loveage pesto, cherry peppers and pancetta).
