Size Matters at The Met Club

Thursdays are prime time at The Metropolitan Club now that they've instituted Prime Cut Night. Guests can choose from either rib eye or New York sirloin cuts of prime beef, ordering based on thickness by the inch. The choices continue with salt rubs and sauces to personalize your steak dinner which also comes with whiskey onion butter and crispy Jo Jo potatoes. There are plenty of extra add-ons (lobster, foie gras and wine) if you're feeling like a real splurge is in order.
