Chef Mary Dumont has picked a few of her favorite summery recipes from Julia Child’s repertoire and put them all on one fabulous four-course prix fixe. Available from Wednesday, August 15th through Saturday, August 18th, the tribute menu starts with an amuse of salade nicoise and wraps up with a Queen of Sheba cake – a Julia classic. You can even enjoy your meal at Julia’s favorite table (available on a first come, first served basis).
