Classes for Budding Culinarians

Looking for something to do with the little ones now that school’s out? Book a spot at one of the Royal Sonesta’s Saturday afternoon cooking classes for kids to get their creative culinary juices flowing. Taught by ArtBar chef Steve Hamilton and bartender Elizabeth Powell, the educational gatherings cover both food and drink with topics from cannoli-decorating and food-on-a-stick, to no-jitos and DIY sodas. Classes, which are designed for kids ages six and older, start at 2:00pm and cost just $20 (which includes a complimentary apron and chef’s hat for junior cooks).
