Liberation Libations & Patriotic Plates at M Bar

If you’re bound for the Esplanade for the 4th but not making a day of it, plan a pre fireworks pit stop in the Back Bay where chef Rachel Klein will be adding some holiday specials to the menu at M Bar & Lounge.Nosh on the half pound hot dog (with smoked Korean chili mustard, pickled shallots and stout tempura onion rings) or the trio of red white and blue cupcakes. They’ve added a few festive cocktails in honor of the 4th, too. Choose from Liberation Libations like the Red (mandarin blossom vodka, blood orange juice, lemon juice and Campari), White (cold River blueberry vodka, white grape juice, lemon juice and Cointreau) or Blue (Farmer’s Organic gin, lime juice and Blue Curacao) to get you into a flag-waving mood.
