Burger & Beers Are Back at The Butcher Shop

Every Monday and Tuesday night through the end of the summer, The Butcher Shop will be beefing up their burger options (Ha! Get it?) and pairing them with a rotating array of craft beers. Pop in between 4:30 and close (11:00pm on Mondays and 12:00am on Tuesdays) to pair The Traditional (which comes with ketchup, mustard, shaved red onions, American cheese, tomato, and bread and butter pickles on a classic bun), The TBS (which is adorned with bacon, cheddar, mayo and caramelized onions on a brioche bun) or The Dry Aged Burger (which is topped with avocado, compte-mornay and fried egg on a brioche bun) with brews from the likes of Rapscallion, Victory, Abita, Boulder and Brooklyn. They take reservations for parties of six or more so give them a call at 617.423.4800 if you’re traveling in a pack, otherwise just drop by 552 Tremont Street.
