Those oenophiles at L’Espalier has lined up a slew of new seasonal topics to get you through to summer at their Wine Monday series. Sign on for one of the informal and relaxed evenings and you’ll get a night full of lively conversation, vinous knowledge and delicious food. Chef Frank McClelland will be working with his trusted sommelier Erich Schliebe to produce tasty and inventive food and wine pairings – menus that’ll really get conversations going around the communal tables.
