Check out Regattabar’s Chops

This summer, the Regattabar brings back its Berklee Courtyard Series featuring top jazz talent from Berklee School of Music in free outdoor concerts every Monday evening. As is the tradition, concert goers can unwind in the courtyard at the Charles Hotel, listening to jazz and enjoying beers and burgers prepared by chef Peter Davis and his team at Henrietta’s Table. This summer, though, chef Davis will be going above and beyond the basics, jazzing up the standards with an array of burgers made with American Lamb and a rotating cast of condiments like cranberry chutney and smoked tomato ketchup. He’ll also be providing recipe cards, in case guests want to try their hand at at-home burger-making (jazz musicians and chefs may be good at improvisation, but we lay-folk like to follow the score). Entry into the 6:00 to 8:00pm event is free, but it is weather permitting so peruse the performance schedule, check the weather report and plan on jazzing up ewer Monday night.
