Every Friday evening in July and August, host Liz Bramwell will show guests how to make executive chef Michael Kelly’s caramelized mushroom pate on toasted crostini and chilled corn soup with crabmeat and avocado as well as buttermilk fried chicken with grilled spring vegetables, and orzo salad with feta and chick peas.
